What we collect
When you request a quote we collect what you type into the form: what you're lifting, your ZIP code, name, phone, optional email and project details. We also record the page you sent it from. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.
How we use it
We send your request to the crane company or companies serving your area so they can contact you about it. We may contact you ourselves to follow up on the request. We don't sell your information to data brokers.
Who we share it with
The crane company or companies we pass your request to, and the service providers that run this site and deliver form submissions (Formspree and our web host). Each crane company handles your information under its own policy once it has it.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for up to two years, then delete them.

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, contact us. We'll respond within 30 days.
