Usually, yes. What decides it is the weight of the shell or spa and how far it has to travel from where the crane sets up. The crane company will size the crane from those two numbers.
Will the crane damage my driveway?
Cranes spread their weight with outrigger pads, but heavy cranes can still crack pavers or older concrete. Ask the company where they plan to set up and what pads they use.
